Sad to report the death of an active and respected personn throughout the campground -- Evelyn Metzler. Mrs. Metzler was the proud mother of: Richard Metzler (C129), Renee Curry (A220), John Metzler, Darlene Kuban (A236), Evelyn Kunkel, and Sharon Callahan (C188). She was the loving sister of Babe Skosnick (C30) and Jean Carey (D111). Mrs. Metzler enjoyed spending her weekends here at SRCA; playing cards and socializing with many of her camping relatives and friends. She will be missed by all. Friends will be received from 2:00 to 8:00 PM - Monday, March 25 at T.B. Devlin Funeral Home, 806 Perry Highway, North Hills, 15229. Services will be held at 10:30 AM, Tuesday, March 16.
