Prayers needed for Fellow Camper	Dick Corbin is doing much better. He did not have a heart attack on Tuesday, AM -- The doctor told him at some time he had one, but he had blood clots in both lungs and the left leg. He had surgery on Wednesday to filter the clots from going to the heart. Today, he is being transferred from ICU to a room. Appears to be doing much better. Their daughter is here from Florida.

Prayers needed for Fellow Camper	Arrangements have been made and Dick is flying home to Florida tomorrow evenning. Their son willl meet him at the Orlando Airport and be with him until Betty Lou gets there. She and their daughteer are leaving Saturday AM and driving. Dick is doing quite well and looking forward to getting home. He is on oxygen and expected to be on it for a while. Those of us who have spent the past two weeks feel it certainly is a "miracle" that he is with us and continue to pray for his complete recovery.

MORE SAD NEWS	Mary Agnes Nellis (B37) passed away. Viewing will be at Neely Funeral Home, 2208 Mt. Royal Blvd., Glenshaw on Wednesday (12/23) 2-4 and 7-9, Thursday (12/24) . Noon - 4. Service will be at St. Bonaventure Church on Saturday. I'm sure everyone knows what a special person MA was and our prayers are with Bob and their children.

Fall Festival	Although my grandchildren are grown, I want to express my appreciation to the women (and men) who were involved with the Fall Festival at the ball field, etc. It certainly took a lot of time to make this such a success. The children all seemed to have had a good time and that is what's important to me. Thank you everyone. Adele Van Atta

Death of a camper	I received word that Pat Trainor (D234) passed away on Thursday 12/9. He is the brother of Dee Bour, Peggy Pickle, and Bob Trainor of the campground. Please check your local paper for funeral arrangements, etc. Our sympathy goes to his wife Sandy, and two sons.

More Sad News	Noticed in the paper today the death of Tom Marion (our square dancer). Our sympathy goes to Elli and family. Viewing for Tom will be Thursday and Friiday (2-4 and 6-8) at the McDermott Funeral Home, 334 Forest Grove Road, Kennedy. Friends and Family will meet at the funeral home Saturday at 9:00 AM and proceed to Good Shepherd Lutheran Chuirch, 618 Russell Wood Ave., McKees Rocks -- services will be 10:00 AM.

Death of former camper	Sorry to hear of the death of "Grandpap Francis" (Bennett A288). A memorial service was held on Wednesday. He was an avid Bingo player and enjoyed his cigars! He sold his membership last year. He certainly enjoyed his times at SRCA. Our prayers and condolences to his family and many friends.

Death of Bill Kuban's Brother	Saddened to hear of the death of Bill Kuban's brother, Patrick "P.J.", age 47. Friends will be received Thursday, 2-4 and 6-8 at T.B.Devlin Funeral Home, 806 Perry Highway, North Hills. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Sebastian Church, Friday, 10:30 AM. Our prayers and condolences go to Bill and his family. (Bill is A section Board member)

Death of former camping friend	Mar Marusko passed away on Wednesday, February 1st. Mar's campsite was A110. She was one of the first line-dancers in the Saturday night group. Private family viewing is scheduled for Friday 11 am to 1 pm. at the Jobe Funeral Home & Crematory. Public service will be at 1 pm. The family asks that memorial contriibutions be sent to the American Lung Association. Our prayers go to Mar's family and friends. She always enjoyed her many friends and family during years at SRCA.

Death of former camper	Received a call on Sunday that Vicki Wiles has passed away. Vicki died on Friday, 1/11/13. The announcement was in Beaver County Times -- A memorial service is scheduled, but not info was known at the time.

Death of a camping friend	Sad to report the death of an active and respected personn throughout the campground -- Evelyn Metzler. Mrs. Metzler was the proud mother of: Richard Metzler (C129), Renee Curry (A220), John Metzler, Darlene Kuban (A236), Evelyn Kunkel, and Sharon Callahan (C188). She was the loving sister of Babe Skosnick (C30) and Jean Carey (D111). Mrs. Metzler enjoyed spending her weekends here at SRCA; playing cards and socializing with many of her camping relatives and friends. She will be missed by all. Friends will be received from 2:00 to 8:00 PM - Monday, March 25 at T.B. Devlin Funeral Home, 806 Perry Highway, North Hills, 15229. Services will be held at 10:30 AM, Tuesday, March 16.

Death of former camper	Received word today that "Sonny" Linn, one of the long time campers has passed away. Mr.. Linn had his camper on Sunday Mt. Pass and then moved to Beehive. Our sympathy goes to his "old buddies" and family.
